	I have been playing for about 3 1/2 years and have never pulled one...where is a good place to farm them? Thanks!

	Bad news OP, Lowest percentage loot item in the game mate. On the bright side level, and difficulty have no impact whatsoever on the drop rate, so as long as you are opening chests in quests you have a chance to pull them. Good luck. *I have pulled 1 in 9 years.

	You don't farm them. You can farm epic tokens/fragments for True Reincanation hearts. But don't even bother trying to straight up farm a heart just to re-spec. I pull one out of a chest maybe once a year if that. If you are super super lucky you'll find someone who has looted one and you can talk them into trading it...but that is also pretty much not going to happen.

	I want a +1 and have seen them on the AH but not since I had enough shards to buy one. I do have enough favor, many times over, to buy one but that's going to be a last resort. I had heard lower quests and Trial by Fire pit chest drops them a lot...but a lot doesn't mean shit since, as you all told me, means they can't be farmed. Oh well, thanks all

	totally random drop from chests. IMO nowhere is better than anywhere else. don't farm for hearts. Buy them with epic tokens/heart seeds/turbine points depending on what you have.

	Pulled one from chest in 7 years of playing. Then turned like 10k gold coins last event and got 3 (+1 to +3). Current Traveler event also drops em even higher rate but it cost TP to participate (but you can always use that free 3 samples currently in store on multiple accounts).

A sale of 4x +5 or 1x +20 is presumably more desirable than someone getting a free TR heart and running content they already paid for. Mind you, I don't play like some so perhaps others are dropping 10k TP a life on Ottos, XP pots, other store stuff...
