	I want to see the dartboard they're throwing at to determine what effects to put on stuff. Why the fuck is the scimitar silver? Why put fire damage on a construct beater? Why does "improved" paralyzing exist at all? The club wouldn't be terrible, but it's a fucking club. The ins. sheltering on the shield is outshined by it being a small shield. The heroic staff is good. For about five levels. The BSword is situationally okay. The collar would be neat, but fuckin' dogs are useless at lvl 26.

	for heroic it's fine.� for epic it's the devs don't have a clue how to make epic loot.� even the 3bc was better. as usual the art department did a nice job.

	Woooooow, the dc's on those epic weapon effects seem like they might be effective..... in heroic levels. Is there any further evidence needed to convince any one with a clue that the employees who develop this game don't actually play this game?
