Has anyone tested temple debuff yet?

From my playing around in brunt smash and from  random fights i noticed that while i have a temple weapon on i cannot proc weaken from degree burns at all, something seems odd.
Can someone else test and confirm im not delusional?
I can swap out the temple weapon and get stacks fine but if its in main or offhand i cant stack degree at all.
Regular dreadnought hammer 2 weapon fight barb is build

perhaps the elemental vulnerability of temple weapons dispels / overrides / hides the icon of the general vulnerability from first degree burns.

No no, just cant stack first degree at all, you can stack third on vorpal but first degree nope.
When i use 3rd degree with a elemental i can proc both debuffs fine, if i use first degree eleental cant proc it at all
