If this were so it's new to me.  It was my understanding that lethality didn't suffer from the same limitations as manslayer and was ultimately better.

It has been nearly a year since I played a pure rogue though, since I'm well on my way to triple completionist and won't be making it back any time soon, but from what I can remember I'd thought lethality landed fairly consistently.  I didn't get into an enormous amount of EE content though and mostly soloed EH.

If it's a crap skill then I guess that's fine, but I'd always thought it was one of the best hidden gems a rogue had and people always dismissed it in favor of assassinate.

This pass is really hard on me for that, cause I really wanna jump back to pure rogue, but I've still got a ways to go.

Yes Lethality did suffer from the Vorpal limit making it useful for about 2 levels unless you banked XP from 18-20 like most grinders do and then it was pretty much DOA. Severance-pay acknowledged the limit in a post yesterday. But prior to that it was nigh impossible to get a Dev to admit that there was a active limit, and it had to be confirmed by outside testing.

It's a fair point, they got crit rage back at the enhancement pass....BUT since barbarians were completely unviable from shadowfail until the barb pass, yes I think it is also fair to say that they got a crit range buff.
