This is a level 32 quest on EE with a +2 loot gem & +1 from ship buffs brings the chest to a level 35 quest. At minimum it should be a +5 to +6 upgrade tome or a straight up +6. This is horse****!

	Happend to me as well, what a poster said and noworries confirmed is the following: I'm guessing it was your loot from chest level and not your special bonus tome roll. Correct.

	Regardless of how douchie this poster on the mf is, the tome he pulled doesn't seem right, even if it wasn't the "special roll". I remember how puzzled I was when I received a 1-2 stat upgrade tome from EE Von 6. I would have rather had thieves tools.

	On the other hand, stat tomes for a while now have been rarer than pale lavender ioun stones for me, so any dropping are a step in the right direction I guess.

	Maybe you should consider there isn't just one slot for tomes on the regular loot list. Two different tiers and such of decent loot. He could also be ransacking that chest, dropping the loot level. I saw it all the time when I used to farm the chests in Von 2.
