	I don't think it's as bad as a swap item, imo. But it does seem kind of redundant with MRR. I thought one of the purpose of the armor up changes was to consolidate damage reduction effects and phase out old properties.

I don't know that I'd give them credit for that� More likely they originally intended the item to have the glamered affect and somehow it got borked in the implementation and only showed the Ioun stones, but then for reasons unknown to the coders, it reappeared in when glamered. Serendipity for the Slobber-Bib (with lobster picture!) and Helmet wearing Dev team, as it meant more Mirror sales for the Store.
