My favorite Shroud runs were when it was challenging. However, I've been the last man standing twice, and it was only fun being the hero once. It made a huge difference that the first time was on Elite with a 2nd-life Artificer, at level, Pre-MOTU; and the second time was a Normal run with a monkadin.

The first one felt awesome. The second one just made me sad.

Couple of weeks ago I was in an Orchard slayer group, and 5 people died together, on the west side.  I was way over east, soloing, and it took me 10 minutes to get over there.

Oh, I didn't realize I had to enjoy the same parts of the game you do. I never said a tank was necessary for every raid. Before MOTU, several of us would take turns tanking in various content because (gasp!) we actually enjoyed doing so despite not getting your permission to enjoy it. Back then, it took some time and effort to make a decent one (at least for me.)

It was a bit of a shock after the expansion to have those toons you put so much effort into nullified. Like I said, we adjusted, and I still enjoy the game, but it is different.

And oh yeah, if I want to feel butt hurt, I'll gosh darn feel butt hurt!   Tongue
