level 28 feats and fred??? (Read 3824 times)

	I have enough exp to hit 28, but do not have 2 destinies completely levelled and I need to take a level 28 feat that requires it. Can i take level 28, take a random feat, then use Fred later to get the correct feat once I level 2 destinies to max exp?

	Pretty sure I've done similar with feats that need dex or str and waited for tomes to kick in. I imagine this would work but have never tested the 28 feats specifically.

Get your toon to the point where it is most capable, but when you want to run something, who wants to run it on a toon that is getting 0 Xp? i haven't even made tier 3 tf weapons on most of my toons because of this.

I did 113 968 shroud runs back when that was all we had to do. I think I had about 10 chars with 3 or more dualshard items and as many weapons as I wanted.

	Certainly better to progress or improve your characters by getting uber ( you know - epic ) items beating difficult content that is almost impossible to solo and requires group effort than motherfucking xp threadmill - get xp - lose xp - get xp - lose xp in trivial game as "character progress". It's literally www.progressquest.com, just with graphics. The best shit should require top notch toons, gameplay and coordination. Not in store, not in stupid online gambling rolls. Oh and please, let us earn xp at cap ffs. Make it with 50 % penalty, I don't care.

	Why just at cap? That's like the only 3.5 rule they still follow, what's the point? Other than the "I know how you'll enjoy the game better than you do" crap, of course Let people accumulate xp like plat, adventure at whatever level they enjoy, and spend it when they want to.

	Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.
