When ToEE was live on Lammania I looked at the info and thought , "hmm, those weapons are inferiour to TF weapons.

Then I looked at the recipees and thought, "hmm, the grind to get those items finished will be insane. I am not grinding like that for gear that is not best in game".

When I did the quests on live servers I was not particularly impressed. There is a lot of quests that I would rather do than ToEE. I have done part one twice, and part 2 once.

But I do not see a problem with that. I just do stuff I enjoy doing and grind for gear that is worth grinding for.

ToEE is like the titan raid.

A new thread needs to appear on mb. One wherein posters ask if all the new content will be in the mold of toee. Where drop rates are shit and saves are buffed to insane levels. Like, mobs making saves while held. And having secret fom buff that doesnt show up on examine. 1k a swing earth elles with true seeing.

This will divide the fanboys and the not-fanboys alike. Then the casuals will come in with the 1% of player base argument. Fran will spam exclamation marks. blackheart will complain it's too easy. others will remark on how they made the saves high to beat mem pot dupers. chai will say it's to increase store sales, p2w, and that he invented dnd. Uska will post one liners 18 separate times in the first 4 pages. cetus will ask for kensei buffs. what a glorious thread that would be.

Now like said above : Titan used to be relevant when Cap was 12.
Raidathon at that time was : Tempest Spine + Velah or Tempest Spine and Titan or Tempest spine + Kween.

It was taking too long to do more during an evening...
