	Same damn thing that's been bitched about before. I think everyone knows now that ToEE drop rates are shit, and those who spent shards, like me, were 'duped' by Turbine. But the jokes still on them if we want to start tallying up who's done more duping. I think the players have that game set by a few billion points.
