	Yup, but it's a good link to have here. I actually like the phone monkeys, they are pretty helpful and knowledgeable. I don't always get what I want out of them, but I usually get a fair hearing.

	I have had coldblue and cygnus respond to tickets in the past, and they were excellent.

	Yup, I saw it some month ago... it's a nice touch... It's just too bad that the anal retentive corporate rules edicted by Turbine doesn't allow them to do more ( and then they end up at the wrong end of unhappy customers ) because they are people I'm almost certain would really try to fix issues people have. ( we all know the game contains commands to spawn anything and tweak anything.... if you don't then you didn't look hard enough, there's videos of Cordovan doing it )
