So, yeah IPs aren't proof.

You have been lurking around here long enough to know that we will not accept that kind of statement without any proof ? Just the relevant timestamped lines of the server connection log with the ips and the 'account' will do the trick. And even that could mean that they might live in the same house or use the same access. ( unless there's more than 3 minutes between both in the logs... then it might be somebody else from the same ISP, though with the way today's DHCP leases works... )

If so, this would appeal to Cordoban's sense of humour. Cordo is manipulating the truth to suit his own ends because no-one can question the facts - but reading between the lines is still transparent. Hope you can see it.
