Posting Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION
Turbine seeks a Community Manager, to help tear down an engaged and loyal community for our DDO game so that we can free up a stagnant userbase for our new yet to be named title based on the HBO hit Game of Thrones.
The Community Manager will act as the voice of the game team to the players, while squashing the voice of the players to the game team to ensure a total lack of communication. The Community Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of community engagement programs to eliminate all opposing voices in the player gaming community, creating compelling reason for all those deadbeat DDO players to quit or move over to other games that will generate a profit. He will be responsible for micro managing content for our community channels, and monitoring the forums based on what our snotnosed fanbois determine is correct and good with the world of DDO. We hope that this will drive off any opposing commentary on what is wrong with DDO.
The ideal candidate must be both a sneaky cumguzzling backstabber and morally bankrupt liberal despot. We are seeking a self-starter with a proven record of success in tearing down gaming communities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Cookie cutter old content – including polls, contests, – to engage the community with hostile rules bans and game impacting bugs, drive off loyal fans, spread bs and drive players to login every day to other game sites.
Develop hostile community management practices as we degrade our game practices.
Monitor, report, and drive key community engagement performance metrics (e.g., spy, fabricate , create network of snitches and sycophants).
Escalate departmental issues to managers where appropriate bans or layoffs will take place.
JOB REQUIREMENTS4-8 years’ experience in cons swindles and gun to the head decision making
Record of success in tearing down gaming communities.
