By the time you can equip a tier 2 TF (so level 26) you are probably already fighting opponents with some sort of fortification, especially if you are a elitist prick.

So far I have only looted ONE fucking armor in at least 20 runs (before the supposed increased drop rate). Not that im going to bother using them
