fixed ToEE drop rate

So, I just pulled my first two ToEE named items withing twenty minutes of each other.

2 thralls, 2 bloody thrall, 2 useless lame thralls.

One at the end of part one on elite, and one on the pyramid chest.

Thanks for the fixing the drop-rate. My bard is just over the moon with 2 magic dog collars.

Have you tried a lower difficulty setting?

I've been farming ToEE part one.  So far I've gotten both epic and normal collars, as well as 4 named epics and 2 heroic nameds.  One of the epics was a mythic version.

Heroics were farmed elite and epics farmed on hard.

So basically collars are dropping like freakin mad.  So basically all the named items were mistakenly replaced with collars in the loot tables.  So basically this seems legit, indeed.

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.

And someone in another thread called ME delusional recently!

Wow.

Have you EVER gone to Law School Feyn? Have you EVER been asked by a United States Senator who is now the Vice President of the United States to write a paper just for him on a particular topic of Constitutional Law for his use as a Senator? Have you ever been asked to help a very notable Harvard PhD turned Constitutional scholar with his very-well received book on Legal Philosophy and Constitutional Revolutions? Have you ever been offered a job as a Deputy Attorney General BEFORE you even graduated Law School?

No? Then STFU you fucking amateur.

8 runs / 1 EE / rest EH only did up to pyramid if I saw a chest from miniboss on first part.

3 Senshock
5 Hedrack
8 pyramid chests

Just got that one Red Cage Shroomy on the first run I did.. all down hill from there.. no named items at all.. all in all looks about the same to me but will farm it abit more tomorrow and perhaps do a little in TOEE1...

What's the point of level 7 gear ?
And people wonder why they don't have enough bank space.

Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

This is how I exploit TOEE.

I recently capped one of my characters at 28 and have been running EH ToEE a bit on him. I've gotten 2 Epic Spinal Taps to drop so far, 1 of which I passed to a party member since I don't see myself needing a second in the future. Dunno how common/uncommon they used to be, but figured I'd throw it out there. Maybe my luck is just good, who knows.

The craftable weapon set is actually good for one thing: sneak attack. If you have enough sneak attack damage eventually the 20 melee power will make them worth it. But you need a lot, sorta have to go 20 rogue for it.

I actually did some math some time ago and if you do 120+ average sneak attack damage toee set is better than tier 2 thunderforged assuming 0 fortification enemy. This is for a ranged weapon though, no idea what happens on melee.

For caster it's good if you have tf stick on one hand and toee stick+set on other hand.

edit: And omg thank you for the gif borked
