(Error): Invalid Advancement Data!

So after doing an Epic Reincarnate on my pure warlock, I get this error when talking to the life shaper. Yes, I completely quit the game between when I turned in my epic heart and when I came back on and clicked the "reincarnate" button on character selection. I am now trying to quit and log back on and see if that helps at all.

It's trying to make me select two level 1 spells when leveling from 1 to 2. It does not show the initial spell (jump) I took at character creation. I think it may be related to this. Additionally, I am changing my pact from GOO to fiend, but my alignment does not restrict this. Could this also be an issue?

Anyone else ever run into this? Did it ever get fixed? This is my first SNAFU with the reincarnate system.

I've had this happen to me multiple times.  Every time I've had to reboot my computer to resolve it.

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me that rest experienced after I used a Lesser Heart on my Warlock. I also sat at "Cleaning Up Old Connection" for a long time. Eventually I gave up and just shut DDO down for an hour or so. When I logged back in, I could LR normally.
