That may be mathematically accurate, but at the pragmatic level, you are clearly wrong. Most of the time you will be using many spells, in some sort of rotation, and as such, cooldown wont really matter, unless you have a special cooldown watcher program, and literally take a dump on schedule.
I would love to see Dropbear confirm one of us tho.
EDIT: the exception would be if u used the magister tree tier 4 as well in which case you may actually notice the difference wihtout having to be a "scheduler".
Also 5 foot, you were constantly misinterpreting Rubbies words...just read ur discussion thru again.
I can't confirm this one for two reasons:
1. I'm working on my Pally EPL's and haven't done any arcane EPL's.
2. I would imagine that the benefit would very much depend on what you play and how you play it.
I can imagine on my Cleric it would be noticeable as I have so few attack spells and some have looooong cool downs. On my Sorc, I very much doubt it would make a noticeable difference as my cool downs do not hamper my spell rotation. Maybe in double dragon, I could spam my Polar Ray and run out of SP even faster.
Also Energy Crit is only going to benefit those who are primarily damage dealers? PM and CC'ers are going to see less benefit, and may be better off with cool downs?
