I saw this guy on Sarlona spamming the general chat in the harbor one afternoon.  It was mildly entertaining to continuously submit a harassment ticket for him only to see him go off line, then come back on line even more pissed saying how he is getting warnings and he doesn't care.  Then, I got bored and logged.
