	Cordo tries to explain, terribly I might add, that the disappearance of tomes on a TR is related to the issue of stacking effects causing lag when you examine certain toons. https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/464348-Downtime-Notice-8-00-AM-11-00-A... Quote: In regard to the "how": This bug is a halo effect of work done to fix so-called "examination lag", which was being caused by specific effects not properly cleaning themselves up upon item switching and log in. Essentially, characters were having these effects stack up to the point that it was causing a game performance issue. For the specific characters, it would manifest as taking a long time to log in, and "lag" for the instance when being examined. I heard there was an exploit having to do with "sharing" tomes in some fashion. Seems more likely they were trying to fix that and they fucked it up.
