Fuck it maybe they should just restart the servers, give all existing toons +5 Supreme Tomes and if you had better get you to put in a ticket that likely won't work.

Absolutely!
I lost all my +7's....... on every toon...... on every account - even my mules had +7's (honest).      Wink

What they have here is a genuine PR disaster (ie. just another normal day for Turdbine).
