That's what I would do without sploits...

1) Obtain Epic Stone
2) Obtain 30K daily dice stone
3) Search Forums
4) Win DDO

run a 50% xp pot +20% house d pot =70% total
and run dailys

What House D pot for XP?
I only know of Sovereign (50%), Guild (5%), trinket/cloak/augment (5%) and VIP (10%).

You then have learning tomes, daily playthru and special event bonuses.
[EDIT] Ah, Zandos answered it.  Non-stacking XP pot - never used them.
You can get 70% - just not from those two pots.

wat. oh did the house d 20% xp pot used to erroneously stack with the 50% xp pot? lolol

Don't forget ITR. I know Turbine will, but then will correct the oversight in the following patch. Still won't address the tome and ED loss bugs, though.

long time stalker, first time poster.  hope it can help.

fastest way i found to get epics done:
Iconic.  skipping wiz king, LOD, stormhorns, and wheloon will get you more epic exp.

at 20 start running sagas on EH, for bravery bonus.  EE seems to take more time, and even then you have to be aware not to lose bravery bonus for having an over-level toon, in your group.

Start off with VON flagging. so you can always jump in a Raid when posted.
do King and SPies EH.  then, each day, start with running the dailies on EN, or EH if posted.

move to LOD and the ES chains. 
Druids Deep, High Road, Wheloon, then Stormhorns. 
EH should be very do-able, even without a group.

each day, start with Jungle, King and Spies.
i do not do ANY slayer or challanges my first time to 28. 
i can get from 20-28 with running those chains/sagas, in 3 days.

at 28 Epic TR then pick up the sagas. you should be level 22.
head off to Red Fens EH, and complete any house K favor you still dont have.
start over with sagas, and dailies, and the occasional VON raid.
make sure sagas are all completed, at least on EH.  but you do not have to concern self with bravery bonus.
with each saga, you can run up to 3, or 4, quest on normal, to still get Hard reward.  i usually do End of the Road, Mirror, and What Goes up, on normal, for speed.

at 28, do ETR.
this time, i try to pick up the sentinals chain, and 3bc, to make up for lost EXP for first time bonus, or bravery bonus.
i also run slayers and at 27, do ES challanges.
for me, this was opportune time to ICONIC TR, again.

i would not try to get to 28 more than four times, in one life.  all the low hanging fruit is taken.  it seemed i had to work harder, for exp at that point.

i did more iconic lives than necessary, but found they worked best for me.

sticking near this plan, got me an ETR every 3 days.  i consistently got to 28 a couple hours, before my "timer" expired to where i could ETR.  i used exp pots, but had no stones.

i also picked up several other quests on the way.  Servants, ToR, and crucible were good, as was a fast run thru Heywire.
i tried to stay away from GH saga on epic, as i ran it each iconic life.
