If you want to own it, there are units here starting at 15 million, (I'm happy renting for now) unfortunately it doesn't come with any form of residency or visa.

I like your thinking though, I'm planning on retiring here in Kona, though I haven't really started looking into what that would involve as of yet.

Buying a house boat and traveling from island to island would be a fantastic lifestyle.
