	Bug fix and nerf are not mutually exclusive terms. its a nerf to more than just weapons with expanded crit ranges its a nerf to the majority of relevant melee builds. It might not have been working as intended but to claim it isnt a nerf to those builds is flat out wrong.

	Severlin nerfs are over performing. They will implement this on live and people will keep on complaining and soon they will make new changes and nerf the nerfs again to achieve "balance".

They are still better than most others at their level. I doubt I'll retire any because of this.
