Clearly you don't understand the changes. That much is obvious.
With this change:
All loot gen and named weapons with standard crit ranges: Get doubled (via addition) by IC.
All named weapons with non-standard crit ranges: Get new BIGGER crit ranges such that when combined with IC additive crit range, will yield the same result as prior to the IC change. Players without IC get a buff. Players with IC get the same result as before on weapon crit ranges.
All ED/Enh/Spells that affect crit range will not get doubled by IC anymore. (This was what they were trying to fix, as that doubling was not WAI)
See. Just a bug fix. No big deal. If you need a 5-20, 9-20, or 11-20 crit range or a build is "gimp", then, the build isn't the "gimp".
