Has Colors always procced Mass Frog and I've just not noticed or is it new with 28 or 28.1?

Just because they didn't say it doesn't mean they won't mess with the mechanics.  This is Turbine after all.  Hell, there's a better chance than not they changed/broke the mechanics and don't even realize it.

I've been running a pure Warlock with 60+ diplomacy and I haven't seen a "+10 Royalty bonus to all ability scores. In addition, your spells gain a 50% chance to generate a random effect (as Double Rainbow on Prism Stance but at 50% chance instead of 7%)" proc from Audience since the u28 patch. 

This is with me playing several hours every night and using Audience once or twice per mission.  Prior to U28, it was rare, but I'd get that buff at least once per night.

Either they have removed that buff from the list of possibles, they have nerfed the chance of it proc'ing to the point that it's essentially zero, or the RNG that determines which buff you get is broken.

If anyone else can confirm that they have gotten the good buff from Audience at least once since U28, I would appreciate it.  If anyone can confirm that they have received it more than once since U28, even better.

Yep, that's what I recall too. Think it was Varg? Anyhoo, I know that - just thought others may also be curious about certain effects over time and availability / not so a place for them might be useful.
