Yeah I figured they would do it this way.  Also heard they are reviewing items in lost and found, cross checking against accounts, and if.... Well, you know.

That's fucked up because if you pulled na exclusive item you already had, you just trash yours and it would be waiting for you in lost and found when you exited the quest.  What if people pulled, or were passed, two exclusive items?  Those faggots are going to think people were duping when they weren't if they see multiple exclusive items in the lost and found.

It must not be cost effective / coder-productive to have each item obtained be assigned an id number to cross-reference.

One day I was clearing my TR bank and accidently deleted a green bag. I looked in buyback and it was there, but I got message: that item connot be bought-back. I was going to apply a ticket, but then I remembered that bag was full of duped stuff. So, no ticket. I got it back from L&F in my mail one week later. No bans on me. And I have thousands of commendation of heroism in that bag. So I can only conclude that is an automatic system, they don't look your account when it happens.

they were also openly telling ppl they would exxxxxxtreme prejudice ppl who used the 2013 big dupe.

and that was true. they did not bluff with "ah ye we can find you all RAWRRR!"

I am sure your insiders are just bluffed/trolled by turbine employees, or well, just wrong.

Anyway I MAY HAVE reused a stone 3-4 times / account, that I think may no be enuf as proof. For all i know i cud say: "oh my isp was lagging, i was happy to get the stones back, I would have reported myself I swear if I knew its "exploit" and not a "beneficial bug" !"

The alliteration confused me. I would know an exploit if it slapped me!

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.
