Revels is a noun in this case.

Yep.

Until November 22nd.

We have been hearing from some players who wanted the opportunity to turn in their leftover ingredients from The Night Revels event, and have decided to bring the event back through the weekend! This also means that the full event is back on for those who missed it, or who want to get more items. Have fun! The event is on now, through November 22nd.

Haha, nice trick for giving players the illusion that their voices get heard.

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.

And someone in another thread called ME delusional recently!

Wow.

Have you EVER gone to Law School Feyn? Have you EVER been asked by a United States Senator who is now the Vice President of the United States to write a paper just for him on a particular topic of Constitutional Law for his use as a Senator? Have you ever been asked to help a very notable Harvard PhD turned Constitutional scholar with his very-well received book on Legal Philosophy and Constitutional Revolutions? Have you ever been offered a job as a Deputy Attorney General BEFORE you even graduated Law School?

No? Then STFU you fucking amateur.

I'm not ruling out the chance that they only just now noticed it was back and decided not to deal with that shit until Monday.

Dear players,

The D&D rules you were familiar with were too simple to understand, so we're continuing our move away from them to needlessly confusing subsystems that will make your play experience less fun and invalidate old builds and loot. We hope you have fun working out what the fuck MRR, PRR, MP, SP, RP, CL, MCL and all the other bullshit we made up whilst drunk means.

Love,

People who don't know how to fix their own mistakes cleanly

I'd be OK with this, but I already ran all my toons through it for XP and farmed out all the shite I wanted the first time.

And I'm in no hurry to grind any more, even for augments.

They should have saved it for Dec. 21st (longest night of the year) and let everyone do a free for all before the New Year.

This is a great idea.
Shame Turbine didn't think of it.

This.

The only thing they are good at is proving we can't believe a single fucking thing they say. I bought what garbage I could afford and threw the rest of the crap out because they said the event was over and the ingredients were expiring.

Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

Do the mats expire to?

I know some of the turn-ins have end of 2015, but I didn't realize the mats did too?

Why don't the keys go in bags or at least stack to more than 10?

It might be fun to ask Turbine, just to see them pretend they have an answer.

It would've  been nice if the first run xp was back.  It isn't.

The xp is still decent, if that's all you're after. Park a warlock while you're away, to gather keys, then zerg through whichever one's yer favorite. Cheap and quick, still good xp/min.

Why isn't the XP reseting like other quests?
I didn't mind the quests too much, even though they were rehashes of old content.
I played over the weekend and hardly any body was on.  It was dead as a doornail.

The Kobold one was tedious though - no way to short cut it as doors etc controlled by triggers which were "kill everything".
What lazy uninspired design.
Ran with a Bard who fascinated the mobs.  We killed what we had to and moved on.
Despite being invisible and half a dungeon away, all those fascinated mobs we left alive came after the Bard.  Funny as!
Once the Bard died however, then they came after me.  Sort of funny.

They're not quests, they're challenges. So they (should) only reset to give the first time bonus again if you TR.

Thanks for explaining.
That sux.
It didn't seem very challenging, just tedious - why do they call it a challenge?

Challenge to stay awake while playing them. Luckily I actually liked key farming so I just traded keys for what I needed from the even once I'd run all I could take of the 'challenges'.  Grin
