	Just a heads up in case anyone thought about making one. Good to know that months of grind is now worthless. That's not rage inducing at all Quote: Our earlier decision on Mortal Fear still stands: The half-health proc portion of it will not function in Legendary content. We had debated whether to reduce the ability's power throughout both Epic and Legendary content, or take the action we ultimately decided on, but feel it is better to allow the benefit to be used as it currently is, in all of the places it currently works.

	Is it really a nerf if the only content it won't work in didn't exist previously? Also this reminds me a lot of my vacuum II greensteel weapons when epics were released.

We've had lvl 31 quests starting with EE Orchard. IF I'm wrong, please tell me, if "Legendary" is just quests that are BASE 31+, but I haven't heard that yet.

	Yes lvl 31+ quests. But those quests are harder because the morons have to set up all mobs. And everybody knows Turdbine job, it's a piece of shit.

Yeah, that's my understanding as well, but we already have a whole slew of content that is one or two levels into the "legendary" cut-off point of 31+. I suppose there is precedent for having overlap, Amrath elites were lvl 21 when the cap was 20, and not truly considered epic (even though they dropped the occasional token fragment, way back when.)

	Legendary content is content with a base level of 31 on norm. Not content that is level 31 when run on hard or elite. No pre U29 content is legendary.

	Ok.. everyone who's screaming NERF! STFU. The new tier of quests is supposed to be 'new frontier'.. so new rules. You spend all this time and energy screaming and bitching.. but you never bothered to stop and wonder... "hmmm.. with the new crafting, epic GS, Sentient Weapons... its entirely possible something NEW may be coming that compares to MF like a nice blow-job compares to a clammy handshake." For once I would like to see a little less immaturity and a little more 'wait-n-see'
