Convalesence.  Come on. 

Also, is Vitality not a thing anymore?  Thought False Life and Vitality stacked.  But not seeing Vitality anywhere. 

Weapons don't list Keen anymore.  Or vorpal, etc.

No deadly on gear, just weapons.

Stock up now!

I wish elemental absorbtion only came on cloaks.  It's a hot-swap situational item at best, and armour is generally not a hot-swap item (except robes and outfits, obvs.)

At least we're getting doublestrike back, too bad it won't be on rings.

They are going back to a system of restricting what you can get where.  It makes gearing much more fomulaic.  It also makes raid loot either useless or mandatory depending on what it has.  Since raid loot ignores the slot limitations.

Which has some value, but some not so much.  I was getting tired of getting so much Accuracy, Deadly, Dodge, Natural Armor, Resistance, and xxxproof stuff.  Regardless of slot.

But there is a middle ground.  Rather than making it impossible to get effects on certain slots, make your "Extra" effects roll from a master table of all possible effects.  So the Prefix and Suffix are limited, but the Extra is not.  Then those items become even more valuable because they have an extra and it is an "out of slot" effect.

Or, alternatively, just add all that shit to crafting and keep with the "flexible" concept introduced in the last great crafting pass.

In all seriousness, wtf is the dev's love for randomassness and vile hatrad of a generalized crafting system?

During the brief window in which cannith crafting was generally in line with loot gen(just missing a few rare bits) it was awesome because, at about lvl 15, I could slot everything I needed, anywhere I needed it, and was happy as a clam. Having to deal with this ramdom horseshit is tedious.
  

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

They were kinda stiff necked earlier about increasing ur UMD, now they gonna hand it out for free...

I already see the "good parts" of this system thrown away after U30. Just as the good aspects of FoS system was thrown away.

Yes.  I believe that all stats used to be possible on rings.  Rings were the most flexible slot.  Considering there were two of them to 1 of every other, they should be.  This effectively makes it easier to slot CON,CHA, and DEX stats.

as asheras said, random rings were the most flexible item in the game

all stats and skills could appear on rings, in addition to striding, ff, uwa, fort, resists, fear immunity and even fucking clickies and true poison and disease immunities

rings could also include 2 skills or 2 resists

rings were the backup items for the other random gear that could appear

and these rings continued to drop even after the name change to rings when we had rings of ogre power

the 0 ML reign of madness rings still allowed all non-clicky options to drop

the removal of clickies from most loot tables was the beginning of fucking up rings that ghostbane completely fucked things over

after the ghostbane, unless you could craft rings for a rogue, you were shit out of luck getting a trapper rings and gloves from random loot

While False life is everywhere, Vitality seems to only be available on Armor.  Protection still seems to be missing.  Apparently they remembered that casters use weapons and shields.  That's nice.  But apparently spell focuses only come from gear now, not weapons.

They want to fix the Great Ghostbaning of Loot ( because everybody complains about it ), without rolling back the loot to what it was pre GGBL... Because they have no clue how to do it. ( Plume took that bit of information with him )

So they are trying to just rebuild the loot into something that might look nice but will pad their resume :  Created the New Loot System for the Level Raise to 30 looks much more better thanrolled back the loot system to what it was 3 years before a now former colleague broke it.

Geez.  Can you guys read?

Accuracy and deadly can happen on hands and goggles. 

Dodge is on several items as an option

Stat damages are included in "stat poisons".

I'm not sure about dr breakers and metalline.
