Great example: first time I ran TH raids this kind soul took it upon himself to lead me and the other 5 or 6 n00bs through the raid dungeon to the boss. The guy with the star wasn't even leading the boss fight, just another rank and file player. One guy was admirably directing a complicated boss fight while another was painstakingly ensuring a new set of players would know the raid for next time. The guy with the star was doing jack shit beyond "being another guy in the pug" and this is what I see way more often than not.

	I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.
