	Thunderforged blindness is fixed and it is fucking balls out the best part of the patch, and saved TF from being completely irrelevant for me. I Actually went back and used some of my stuff to make some new weapons with it and new shitty tier III properties switched out for mortal fear in legendary runs. It really is paying out for me on the epic and legendary stuff, where I can't drop a one of those fat bags of Hit points with one shot, so the follow up SA damage is really killing it now at range. One small disappointment I have noticed is that they seemed to have figured out how to keep it from blinding everything it hits on a IPS shot, only blinding the first mob.

	Internal cool-down can be thanked for Blindness being terrible and only affecting one mob. Does paralyze give helpless?

	Seriously? Did they remove that stupid fucking cooldown? If so I will be happy to know I didn't waste mats on my TF rapier.

Nope cooldown is still there, but the guaranteed blindness at full range is sweet for my Mech. I have a pure DWS with a blindness bow, but the pay-off just isn't worth it, not enough SA dice to make it count, even with DWS capped extra dice, and piles of Ranged power.
