Depends on the number of hamster they also add in the wheels that power the servers during that downtime.

I liked to bank some Masterful weapons with Holy, Holy Burst, Ribcracking and such.
Were okay twinks - 4 ml level when Risiaed, sold some, kept some, gave away to newbs, whatever.

That got fucked, what's the point of icy kits now.

Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

In this case, I think it's just a matter of having released an incomplete system that they actually believe they are going to finish later. The warning was fair, if they can deliver in reasonable time (which we know they can't). I don't think they were aiming at cheaters, but were out in front of the clusterfuck for a surprising moment.

Just tested. They work, but it would appear it does not lower the ML on new weapons. I tried with 3 different weapons to be absolutely sure.

Probably due to the new way that the ML is determined by Dungeon/Chest level instead of the effects now. Oh well.  Roll Eyes

And to note for those of you who had some decent old weapons hovering around waiting for Risia, It seems to be normal that when a weapon is ML 22 or higher, Icy Burst will only lower the ML by 2 instead of 4. However, if it is ML 20 or lower, it will lower by 4... At least, checking with about 10 weapons seems to suggest that.

I never noticed Icy Burst kits reducing Mls, is there a trick to it or just apply it as normal?

EDIT: Not that I have any decent lootgen items at all  Roll Eyes
