	I'm trying to remember what's gonna be in there but all I can think is Gnomes and crafting update. Is there something I'm missing?

	Laughed at the ddo players podcast with cordo on it. When they were talking about the companions, he laughed at the dev creature companion and said they could take the parrot talkie logic and make it say "soon, soon!"

	The crafting update will likely be the make or break point for my addiction. The new quests are all just bad and I haven't logged on in about 3 weeks. I couldn't give less of a shit about Gnomes and I'm expecting the Anniversary event to be pure ass. I don't even really feel the urge to log in and if the 145-150 crafting levels I have already ground are invalidated it would definitely be the end.

	Have we gotten any details on the Anniversary Event beyond "The devs will try to kill you (with boredom)"? And have they said if the crafting revamp will include not taking away anything we craft on new loot? I almost dare to hope crafting will be better, though it could be worse too. Too often have I underestimated the ability of these clowns to utterly screw up a mediocre thing� Please Devs, don't screw this one up, please� I just can't bear to read the Dev Tracker myself, it's too depressing to read in the winter. I need sunshine, cold beer, and maybe a Mariachi band drive back the gloom. Or maybe Liv Tyler giving up her immortality, that would work too.

	Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

	Also the tweaked Arcanotechnician enhancement tree. Pretty sure they said Cannith crafting would be released in a patch after U30, but before U31. Just 2 weeks or so ago they still hadn't decided how they were going to even do it. So it looks like Gnomes and Arcanotechnician are all we're getting for the update. The anniversary dev battle quest thing isn't even done enough to be previewed on the first Lamannia release. So with 2.5 weeks away from the actual anniversary date, I'd assume the anniversary will be pushed back into March. They can't even get that shit right and they've had a year to prepare. We'll probably just get the mimic event again, but with shittier items and close down Stormreaver Fresco while it's turned on.

	Well, now might be a good time to start crafting shards for all of the old stuff you probably won't be able to make afterwards like burst weapon effects.
