PL is +3 mrr for the passive component with an active component of +5 Acid Spellpower and +1 to Illusion DC's.

Deep Gnome should be good for any divine caster, rogues, wizards, or arti's.

A shame they look so awful.

I kinda hate the fact that I should probably be playing a fucking annoying midget and munch + 1 heart in order to have the best DCs on my long time divine "main".

I have always been hoping for more "celestial" or angelic wisdom bonus race. Oh well.

But fuck it, I can't stand pdk either.
Oh the eternal struggle of "best option or build vs something less powerful but you enjoy it much more".

Yeah.  Looking at a +2 DC vs. something you enjoy playing is a rough trade off.  I'm probably sticking with my Elf because I like the +3 Spell Pen I get from the racial tree.

If you can live with Kamas and no armor, adding 1 Monk would give you the same DC's for any WIS-caster through lesser water stance.

Nothing to fix the midget'ness, though.

You might want to think that through a bit more.  That's giving up a lot.  Capstone for one thing.  Which probably nullifies the water stance.  And a level 9 spell.  And a caster level.  And shields and orbs, the orb being the only source of quality DC +2.  And giving up armor which is the only source of profane +1 DC.  So, in the end, 1 monk costs you at least +2 DC, a bunch of PRR, MRR, AC, your capstone, a level 9 spell, and it doesn't actually increase your wisdom at all, so your DC is most likely worse.  Sounds like a winner...

Capstone for Druid and Cleric is +2 Wisdom, which you lose, but is made up for with Lesser Water Stance.

You can get shadow caster on robes the fuck are you on about.

Yes you do lose Epic Increased Potential, and the lvl9 spells, and PRR, but as far as DC casting goes it's only a net of -1 DC compared to pure. Actually it's net +0 DC for FvS since their cap doesn't give anything for DC, but you do lose Sun Bolt and Energy Drain.

Druid only has three good lvl9's anyway and their capstone sucks ass so it's probably actually neutral for them, except for the PRR (I personally don't even use eIP on my Druid cause the +1 is overkill with Evoc/Conj augmentation and MoIS, it's better to use a ToEE weap for SP+lore or TF for Meridian Fragment).

Not saying it's better than pure, but it's not a huge step down.

You would have been better off just saying "Oops.  My bad."  Rather than doubling down on trying to validate a bad suggestion.  But whatever.  Splash 1 monk on your divine if you want.

This is goddamn joke and it's on the players. What's next, sloppy cut/paste from other games over DDO models?

Warlock past life is already +3 mrr.  Can't they at least be a little bit more creative?  :/

I'm confused... why are the gnomes giant? I thought "gnome" was traditionally physically tiny? Does gnome mean something different in DDO? I played Pen and paper DnD and our gnome was short.

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

I'm cool with the pl.  MRR appeals to all builds and is generally behind prr.    The active caster useful and the passive is universal.   That's a good combo.  I hate grinding a pl for completionist that is so specific that I'll never use it.
