	I think you get a cake to eat 1 per character, btc, that will give you something from the birthday list. Mostly heroic raid loot, some classic named items, or some citw weapons. The new ml 30 items, you need to grind for with the anniversary event.

That's why they put out an another stupid anniversary event to collect shit and turn it in for old, outdated shit. Why not update that old shit and make it relevant again for the level - consistent with the new ran-gen rules?

	The boots are solid melee boots with 3 useful effects and a green slot. The Gloves are odd. Good for a pally or bard. The mix of diplo with incite is kinda counter intuitive. On melees, gloves are an important slot. Not sure how they fit. The armor and docent are funny but meh compared to Hound, TS, TF or ToEE (for set) options.
