Haven't people learned yet? The reason these exploits are shared a week/weekend before they are fixed is so that they cannot actually do a massive amount of banning. If they did, the amount of players that would be banned would outweigh keeping them there.

Sure, a few people will be banned, have to make a statement right? Not everyone, not even a 1/4 of the people who did it will be. The hit to their income would be to massive.

OK, I took your post at face value and missed the reference, but still, it isn't nothing just because there are a few that spent a lot more. I didn't mean to claim whalehood, just that dupers do have value. There are many people who don't dupe and spend less, broadly characterizing dupers as useless to the game is inaccurate.

And I noticed you used the word "were", perhaps they would still be here if they alleviated some of the grind with duping?  Grin
  
Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.
