	If you will run LShroud in the future a Celestia isn't bad for portals and any Archer can always use one more Pinion sloted with an other kind of DR-breaking?

It wasn't until after I read my post I saw the quoted time of 7 AM.

	I don't think the items are upgraded. The Quiver you will still need the Seal of the Black Abbott. Which you can also get from turning in shields and tomes or running the abbott. Or maybe I am mistaken and they are coming in fully upgraded. Checking now.
