Fastes way to one free quiver per toon:

Role a bladeforged custom paladin with the free slot, refuse training and take the teleporter to house P. Claim the Quiver, go to the Necropolis, the banker is right at the entrance. Now use an old trick that has been around forever and make the Quiver BTA. Place the Quiver in your shared bank, log out, delete the toon and roll a new Bladeforged until you have enough Quivers.
