I don't know which one to pick Sad

I have done my x3 barb lives already, done my x3 caster lives as well

never actually played as a ranger with a bow or melee with a thw before meh

which do you think I should pick?

i mean von5/6 is run a lot more than abbots so more %chance of getting a sos on 20th turn in right than ardency?

Thanks in advance

I'd take the unwavering ardency. SoS is a walk in the park to get. Might not even take you 20, just say you want one, they drop every few raids and often people will pass them.

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

Shining crescents... For all we know they may add vorpal and 10-20/x5 crit property to it a few months from now.

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.

Wow.

Have you EVER gone to Law School Feyn? Have you EVER been asked by a United States Senator who is now the Vice President of the United States to write a paper just for him on a particular topic of Constitutional Law for his use as a Senator? Have you ever been asked to help a very notable Harvard PhD turned Constitutional scholar with his very-well received book on Legal Philosophy and Constitutional Revolutions? Have you ever been offered a job as a Deputy Attorney General BEFORE you even graduated Law School?

No? Then STFU you fucking amateur.

Archers are gimped. Run a Mechanic. Fuck melee.

Sorry, that came off too much as a KNN post.

Pretty much that. Don't forget, you could always... *ahem*, "Re-roll" the 20th list if you don't get what you want.

Litany of the Dead.

Or maybe the quiver, which everyone seems to be in love with.

Unwavering is a cool looking weapon, but there's better options for bows (like Greensteel).

SoS is awesome, but the heroic version drops often enough to not worry about it. Most people have one and put there's up for roll. It's the shard that's the major score.

Just my opinion though  Wink

I'd take Tharne's on every "dps" character if you don't have it yet. Plenty of good heroic named weapons.

Yeah, I already got the quiver for all of my accounts - upgraded. It's really not that hard

Here's the process.
0. Before creating a random character have crafted +1 100 holy arrows make sure they are bound to account via CC
- put those arrows in your shared bank

1. create a new random character
- I like doing druids so choose the preset path and choose level 4 so I can get access to wolf wildshape for that 10% striding

2. just select "continue on path" choose jump and longerstride buffs, cast them while on ship, don't forget to wildshape to wolf

3. jump off the ledge and accumulate 0-16 fall damage and run to house p

4. collect quiver from token

5. before creating a random character have crafted +1 100 holy arrows make sure they are bound to account via CC

6. go to house c, go to bank, grab your account bound arrows in shared bank, double click quiver gather
-take out the 100 masterword arrows if you want to

7. drag your now newly account bound quiver into your shared account.

8. If you wish to repeat this process delete the druid you just created and repeat steps 1-7

Its no secret, hell its on the freaking wiki. This is not an exploit, this is WAI:

After completing your twentieth run, do a Lesser(may work with other types).

You will get a different 20th rewards list.

The problem with weapons, is that GS starts at level 11.  Is there anything you can use that is better than a Min II or a Lit II?

Side note:  Unwavering Ardency looks cool as hell.  Love the look on that bow.

If you got most of the other good stuff the djinn hands out, from what I see that you listed, just get the bow...I mean sos is piss easy to get compared to the bow.

for levels probably Litany, throw on Devils handiwork and you are plus 3 on all stats, granted that used to mean a lot more before the loot gen revamp.

I stared down those goggles for a LONG time.

Eventually went with Litany. I made it to completionist without them, so...

Still, they're some seksi kit.

Maybe I'm just an idiot(in fact I'm fairly sure I am) but what makes the goggles so good by themselves? It kind of feels like you really need at least 2 pieces of the set before they start looking good.

The set bonus is situational. The main draw is Trueseeing and +5/+8 Sneak Attack damage.  The only 2 earlier trueseeing options are from sets, and the only other +5 sneak item is an upgraded Abbot cloak.

And, other than greensteel, I can't think of decent level 13 goggles on a melee.

Run like five extra places you don't need to go. I suggest also posting on MoBo and shouting in general chat what you're doing. For extra style, post in devchat as they consider how to fuck over Cannith crafting.

What fun, if we make them add a ML 4 to the token like they did for the cards? Forgetting vets and iconics exist....

Funny thing, is that quiver nowdays is nothing big.
I mean guild buff overlaps with striding, and lasts for hours, while most if not all in heroics at least, use old resistances.
So every one hour u r back to the ship to get ur buffs... meaning u get a 10% ranged alacrity..that's all.
Not that 10% ranged alacrity is something to throw away, but NOTHING game-changing.. it's not like the old trick to run heroics using epic twists and shit, just an example and my 2cents.

P.S. If u ran abbot in the past and never managed to get it, just for the heck of it , yeah take it, i will understand that more, way the fuck more actually.

Think they're BTC?
but you need the favor, and if you're using the recycle iconic, you don't have the favor.
