I place a lot of lfms, used to and still do. I never kicked a player for low hp, but i kicked immediately after joining, when i place lfm with title:  KNOW BASICS, IP etc etc , and i have a person join with : what house , share, that used to be a INSTA-kick of my groups. So i used to be an asshat.

Also, i have a standart... I WILL NEVER post an lfm, i am not able to solo the quest (capabilities-wise and not quest-mechanism (pulling levers at same time etc). I have lfm = am confident i can drag my sorry ass with 5 pikers and still complete the fucking quest and on decent time.

So i put lfm's to get me off my misery of soloing the shit, and to offer to whoever joins an easy completion and free xp if he is not even able to contribute. Heroics? Fuck me u r free to pike all the quests if i know u. IF i don't ...give me a reason and i will let u depending on my whim.
Same applies more or less on epics, but depends on my build how much of a failure it is or not.
IF i roll a good one, u can pike 20->30 as long as u r not torturing my ears while questing.

Now u might get a bit of where i am coming, and how much of an asshat i am. Nice to meet you.

blue bars...in my opinion are OVERPOWER, period. If u make a healbot and declare urself as such, i will protect you, let you pike, all in all depends on YOUR personality and not your skills, i couldn't give a fuck if u suck ass or if u die a lot...in elites...if u die on hard, i'll go back to previous posts and laugh my ass on Teamspeak/private channels etc or if i know u...infront of u and make a good joke of you.

I will not descriminate blue or red bar. You take , you manage it, if u stand your ground and not run around like an idiot, i will come and beat the mob together. If u r a blue bar, that starts that familiar up and down dance while walking backwards, have ur fun or die from that trash mob for all i care, i ain't ur servant or ur bodyguard (on my melees) on my caster i will do shit as long as u don't run around corners, fuck me , i ain't a hireling to follow YOU around. BLOCK ffs if u need help, or die, i can raise u.

You said about teamwork, you might be right, i am not your type to run together quests. I had enough bad experiences with pugs to not trust em. We have a totally different POV.

I put lfm = offer xp , free ride and some loot if u r fast enough.
-IF i see u trying on the way. I will WANT to run with you, no matter how effective you are.
-IF i see you piking , i will offer 1 -2 runs and regroup around you.
Fuck off u had ur share, find another to drag ur ass.
If i see u trying and dying, i'll be there to protect/cover for u , help you. IF i see u getting aggro but not be able to handle it...i will raise u for end loot. lucky bastard , i carry scrolls for that. Loot =loot. period.
If a trying person is effective also, gratz , i will look forward to share questing with you again, otherwise i perceive ur contribution as a little extra and not a FACTOR for me to kick you or keep u in MY groups.

Pure 20 warlock is the best blue bar, bar none. And it takes second seed to most of the classes that have been updated (tempest ranger, mech rogue, pally). Tempest is at the same level as wolf build, and tree is a step up from that.

Warlocks have a low skill floor (incredibly easy to play not horribly), but a pretty high cap due to the micromanagement of cooldowns. They're good, but not broken by any stretch. Literally every other caster is bad and unneeded in almost every part of the game (wizards with dancing ball is nice in LE shroud and that's it). Shiradi MM spammer is almost as good as warlocks, but even more mind numbingly boring. The only thing worse than a MM shiradi is every ranged build (ever).

If you think blue bars are OP, you are bad at this game. I bet you think palemasters are still OP.

Sentinel is a steaming pile of shit I agree. 700 vs 1000 hp does make a pretty significant difference though. With low to mid 100s PRR, one hit is survivable most of the time in LE content (hits range from 700-1200 damage). Being one shot vs 2 shot is huge. Shadowdancer is fucking garbage too

You want 1200 HP (after buffs) for LE content ideally so you rarely get one shot by trash mobs. Also, you will get murdered in EE content still 

I will run any quest in the game with any of you, outkill you, and run through it faster. And then make fun of your special snowflake build.

tl;dr: you're bad at this game if you have 700 hp at level 30. You're bad at this game if you have to kick people with 700 hp. You're bad at this game if you run in any destiny other than EA, DI, LD, FOTW, shiradi, or PA.
