	Legendary Affirmation : Attacks and offensive spells have a [~?%] chance to grant 1,000 temporary hitpoints on attack. This has a one minute cooldown. Legendary Vacuum : Attacks and offensive spells have a [100%] chance to inflict multiple [6-7] stacks of Vulnerable. For your first lgs weapon, which one do you prefer more ?

	I'd go with vacuum. Any healing that is on that low a percentage is too random to rely on. Unreliable healing is really not helpful.

	Managed to craft my Affirmation over the weekend and I have to say Affirmation all the way. The down time is fairly low (about 2 seconds) on a TWF Ranger and the extra HP helps a lot more than Vulnerable. I also tend to prefer my TF for Vulnerable sources instead of wasting LGS mats on it as TF costs 10 minutes to make and no effort but that's just me probably.

	The affirmation bonus HP goes off just about every minute on the minute when your hitting things. Longest I've seen was 1:12 from proc to proc. If your build has enough PRR it does help. It DOES NOT proc twice if your dual weilding. The cool down is for the effect, not for each weapon.

	So Affirmation is a bit better than a 1000hp heal every minute (temporary hp are more useful than heals as you get them even when you are at full hp) Legendary Vacuum is 20% more damage for everyone after 20 hits are in. How useful it is depends on how many other players are using it and how many hits are needed to get mobs down. Boils down to a more powerful vs. a less situational effect to me. Aren't you a DPS junkie anyway?

	No, vacuum is 20% after 2 swings, hence why is MUCH more powerful than TF vulnerable. TF takes 20s to build. Vacuum is immediate, so it is good for trash AND bosses. Affirmation is amazing. I crafted Affirmation, then Min2, and am now working on a vacuum. I plan to run TOEE/Vacuum for max dps on non DR targets, affirmation/toee for when I don't have a healer, and Min2s for DR targets.

I made a vacuum first, but will be making an affirmative as a swap item whenever I get the mats. It depends on what you're doing.... I personally like 20% more damage since I take pride in my deaths. Vacuum/ToEE set on a tree is vile amounts of damage.

	Also does someone know how much dps the tier 2 burst effect from lgs is providing ? It isn't listed anywhere. Assuming with a khopesh.

	I'm putting +7 Insight stats on most of my LGS items, the burst is terrible, especially when you're throwing Shurikens. If you don't need stats then even HAMP is probably a better choice

	40 damage is hit is pretty good.... I wouldn't slot stats on a weapon unless you have to.
