Pretty sure it doesn't stack with melee/ranged alacrity so if you're using a sapphire sting, a quiver of alacrity, or have a speed item you won't get anything or the increase you get may not be noticeable.

Last time I looked, the numbers on the character sheet were at least correct. Did not do any actual testing.

Yes switch between pinion and another bow you will see no decrease in ranged attack speed if you have blinding speed.

Yes is does. The tricky question is if haste or speed items give 22% attack speed bonus again.

I would say not given play experience but I've not put the time in for proper tests.

The spell does. 15% Speed items don't.

Well bugger me. I still absent mindedly hit GS Haste clickies in play long after I need to and I'd never noticed any difference. Cheers.

What's the duration on those?  I just drink haste pots until I can wear a haste item, but if they last a few minutes I could be convinced to make a couple.

Erm... on a non-Arti they're 1m30 iirc. I don't really look I just wait for the buff to drop and hit it again. I'd be less likely to make any now, what with other sources of Haste around, but all my characters that were once melee back in the day have a couple.

Last time I cared was when they introduced Blinding Speed. At that time, Haste & Armor of Speed still added +1 Reflex ... on the character sheet, anyway.
