	They should probably put these up at the same time they put the update on Lamma. More legendary stuff though, it would seem. Some items aren't bad, but they really have no creativity at all.

	These are for some new quests in U31. As you can see, the quests will have a heroic range and a legendary range.

	The level 13 helm that adds about 100 SP via potency (to all spell types) and 5% magical efficiency with a green slot is a nice item. Competing items at that level are generally around 60-70 SP. The legendary cloak that gives really nice Evo DC, Quality Wisdom, and Force spell power is a good divine item. The legendary gloves with quality charisma and sonic spell power are very strong for a bard. The legendary ring is a pretty strong melee ring. MP and deadly and accuracy and a slot. hard to beat. The legendary boots have some serious armor piercing (off slot vs. loot gen, I think) and the seeker and strength. Not bad. The belt that is giving wicked high diversion, dodge, and combat master is nice too. There are some decent items that I can see fitting on builds. Some are odd. But there are some item's I'd like.

	I like both versions of this belt: Belt - Negative Energy Amp +72, Greater Boon of Undeath (Inflict Moderate Wounds), Enhancement Light resistance +68, Quality Int +4, Green Augment Slot I could be tempted by the sonic gloves, too (for the same character) and that might make me want the necklace with lesser displacement on it. It's been a long time since I've wanted more than one item from an update. So, I think they're doing all right with the design of the gear.

I'm still not quite used to the effect ranges on the new random loot, so it's difficult for me to see if these will be good to wear or just competing with random items by virtue of having one or two more effects than the random stuff. (please don't cheap out and say ddoor clickie) Spell effects, unique effects, clickies, short-term effects, sets that are actually worthwhile, maybe items that bring back some of the old stuff like % bonuses, items that work differently with different classes, or have an effect that only works with a certain class, buffs to a specific enhancement, buffs that give the effect of an enhancement or feat, or even something completely new. Anything but another Deadly IX of Accuracy X (Yellow Slot). It isn't the fucking meaning of life. Pull your shit-smeared head out of your ass and use it for something other than enema deliveries.

	Pretty strong caster items. Looking at it from a shiradi caster perspective, the PRR docent and potency helmet look obscenely overpowered. Not sure the sonic gloves and force cloak are worth a slot over greensteel.

	Regarding the loot, my previous criticisms were around the lack of logic and coherency of the items. At least this time, some of the items have a clear use as Asheras pointed out. It isn't creative, but at least the items are useful to some. Whomever is designing loot, deserves some credit for that.

Honestly, how much creativity do you really demand from a list of stat bonuses? We haven't seen the names or the quest they drop from yet. Every item can't have it's own unique special effect, there are too many of those already.
