This. 

There were many suggestions made to boost the DPS more than what has been been settled on.  As well as ideas for self healing/damage mitigation to increase survivability.

Both on the PC and the Lama forums.

Ask for feedback, ignore feedback, publish inferior crap product.
Oh wait - that's std operating procedure.
