Lama Client Boots Live Client

When logging in to Lama I was booted from the live client!  I have not played on Lama for quite some time, however I know that at one point I could play both at the same time.

I did like how easy the character copy was. Was also booted when i confirmed the copy.

How long has the ability to play on Lama and a live server simultaneously been denied?

I mean I used to play, and while I was waiting for group I could mess around on Lama.  Now they are mutually exclusive...WTF?
