I agree, though my take is that her strength wasn't her coding skill, but her attitude. Everybody else there is content to walk past the ever accumulating litter, she bothers to stop and pick it up. She even asks the residents what graffiti bothers them the most to help her decide what to clean next.

It's not like nobody at Turbine is doing anything; it's just that nobody picks up their own garbage. Well, that + a lot of what they do is focused on generating new grind, and invalidating old grind.
Fuck it, let's give them (for the hundredth time) the benefit of the doubt: They are really trying to make the game fun, and to pick up after themselves. Yet the game still looks like a fucking dump ... a
boring dump. So they suck at it, or that shit has been around so long they don't even know how to tell the garbage apart from WAI. Which is basically the same thing as sucking at it.
Damn, giving them the benefit of the doubt on attitude makes them look even
more incompetent.
