Fastest Essence Farm (Read 6884 times)

	On my server essence prices have gotten way to high, whats the fastest essence farm? wether its deconing stuff or farming chests really fast, ive found that the house C challenge Kobold island disruptor can give you about 1 chest/min with no chance of essences but plenty of high level items to decon. (Just kill minibosses and recall) any other suggestions?

	How about just play the game and decon/collect essences as you play? There's never really been an effective "farm" for essences. Best you can do is find some quest with a ton of chests that you can run way over level.

	I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

Even if you are capped with crafting you likely wont have the collectibles needed to craft the best shiny things so just play as you always do...

	simple, have full group and ask people to leave u green stuff they dont want. lot of they will do not to care about full inventories:)

	I'm the type the loots every chest, a few hours od solid adventuring will typically net me 2ish backups full of rangen crap. Depending on level range, said rangen crap decons into 1-2k of essences. Best advice I can give: UMD teleport scrolls so you can pop over to the crafting hall easily. Otherwise just play. One way the new system beats the shit out of the old: just 1 essence. Old system deconing HEAVILY favored lesser essences, to the point where it was no longer economical to decon loot. YOu'd get 100 lessers from an item and often 0 greaters. The rate front chest drops was better than what you got from the decons!

	I'll trade you 80k of them on cannith...for slavers mats. You can farm slavers for both, give me the slavers mats, keep the stuff to shard. I'll do the opposite, keep the slavers mats, give you the essences... The shard exchange has relative prices of both.

	After I finished my slavers stuff I started sellin' it. Made 2k shards in about a day, and then traded 1200 slavers mats for 3 heroic boxes. Good stuff. On G-land they are trading for 225 shards for 100 mats. Chains are a little lower, and you can get a little more for shackles.

Considering all mats can be chest farmed at a rate of 100-200 per hour it's really puzzling how can someone pay $20-30 worth for that, or maybe there is a ton of left over duped shards on Ghalanda?

	I like devils assault on en. 3 chests high lvl items. 3 adv packs and an altar. Fast quest around 250 essences if u have a little luck on trade in. Farm high lvl always. Essences scale.

You're assuming (probably incorrectly) that most people can easily and quickly complete Slavers arc on LE. As a reminder, think about the majority of the posts on the official forums.

Don't even have to complete, first chest in part 3 takes exactly 2 minutes per run=30 runs an hour=around 240 ings, some of them will be bound but still nearly 200 per hour unbound ings and someone is paying 450 shards for this? Insane. And I don't even have a warlock, farming with a wizard.

	I would say. Dont rush the CC sacrificing all other aspects of the game for it. Of course CC now is all new strong and fresh. But climbing to max level is really expensive (in mats,time and/or money) And thers no guaranty it will not be outdated and useless after few months. My suggestion is just enjoy the game. Decon crap loot as you run and have fun. If you rush it too mutch thers some chance you burn milions of plat in resources and hours spend in crafting hall for ability to create 2-3 bound items when you could actually buy unbound version for fraction of the price invested.

	Burning plat is ok. Burning TP is not . At least in my house, TP is a valuable commodity.
