That was a bit naive of you. Turbine or SSG, they still have the same constraints, the same need to release enough content in a year to try to keep the players engaged. Changing the name doesn't change that need, the only thing which would bring about a real change in their MO would be to hire on enough competent people in both development and QA so that they can release more content in less time, and less buggy content overall.

	Remember that U34 isn't just reaper. We also get The Tower of Frost! Just take a peep at the awesome drops in this "run it once for the favor" dungeon they spent development hours working on: http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_34_named_items A ML14 rune arm that isn't craftable, nice that the first rune arm released after their CC update can't use it... And CC can make items just as good as the rest, with the sole exception of quality physical or magical heroic 4/elite 7. I'm sure people are going to ransack the place for those gems!

Hand of the Tombs drops like candy from E-Wiz King, is lower level, has DISRUPTION and breaks doors/kills rats in Tormented/lights candles in Inferno. Why would I use http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Whirling_Words over Hand of the Tombs? Actually I hate swapping in any other rune arm fullstop because fireballing doors is just so fun!
