Anyone else unable to chose the XP reward from Belvedere Huntsilver in E-Star?

My guild-mate and I were both able to get XP rewards from other Saga quest givers but nothing happened at all when trying to get the XP reward from this cheeky Belveder twat.

Logging out and back in didn't help.

Didn't try getting any Skill Tomes or Guild Reknown instead.
