	Sad day for Vanguards� Nerfed�the 50% stun rate down to a 10% stun rate. Quote: Fixed an issue where Vanguard's Shield Champion was proc'ing 50% of the time. We have also increased the proc rate from its earlier 5% to 10%.

With the few enhancements available, my stunning blow and stunning shield proc almost constantly, and the buffs they give out are up the whole time...� If you're spending enough in the tree to get that capstone, you probably didn't need it in the 1st place.

	I dont think the capstone stun procs the buffs like stunning blow and stunning shield do iirc. In general, i think we all knew sword and board build were way overpowered and needed nerfing.

	How do you guys find all the outrage and indignation at this point? Raid Bypass Timers are way worse. Top guilds do 20 runs a day, easy. People have all their toons geared out in a week. (At least raid runes require alts due to chest ransack. Before that it was stupid easy to just ignore the drops and run 20 EN's real fast to get the gear you want). Which do you think gets you 2 named items from a raid faster? a stack of 30 bypass timers running EN or a stack of 30 +15% named loot drop rate pots without bypass timers? Come on. This ship sailed years ago. Instant Gratification is the name of the game now. If you found an exploit that gave you 15% more named item drops you'd be crazy excited.

	Release notes say 'New items to the Gold Daily Dice table:' But isn't Gold vip and once a week?� I'll guess it's 10% in Improved Boosts 81-90% and 15% in Rare Boosts and Upgrades, so 91-96%.� How many items are in that?� So..... you'll never see a stack of 30 (legit) Elixirs.� And bound to account?

At least, with timers, you still have to put the effort in. With the drop rate boosters, you can theoretically skip approx. 15% of the effort. I generally don't use timers but they do feel less wrong than these new PTW boosts

Vs. grinding them in one or two weeks and then going back to TRing and complaining there is nothing to do. It's not your fault. You didn't start playing until after that era ended. As I recall you started playing until MoTU or later.
